青剛櫟－葉片如少女的褶裙

學名： Cyclobalanopsis glauca (Thunb) Oerst
英名： Blue Japanese oak
說明： 青剛櫟又名白校欑，常綠喬木，高可達20公尺，樹皮綠棕色，嫩葉與嫩枝被黃色纖毛。單葉，互生，具葉柄，葉片長8~12公分，長橢圓狀披針形，葉基銳形，葉尖漸尖，尾狀，葉片前1/3全緣，後2/3呈粗鋸齒緣，如少女的褶裙。葉面綠色，有光澤，葉背粉白色，側脈8—12對。雄性葇荑花序，黃綠色。殼斗杯形，被有杯形鱗片7—10輪。果實為堅果，橢圓形，全長約1/3以下為殼斗所包圍，先端有1圓錐形之尖突。花期1~3個月。
原產地： 台灣海拔800公尺山區，河岸兩側。分佈：中國、印度、日本等地。
用途： 1.木材供建築，枕木、製作器具。 2.行道樹，景觀樹。
