個人或訪團進入院區須配合事項如下：
（一）參觀申請須於2天前（即星期三下班前）至本院網站完成申請。
（二）民眾（個人或團體）參觀申請採實名制及人數限定：
         １、每時段來院參觀申請人數團體以不超過60人為原則。
         ２、參觀民眾需提供個人或訪團人員姓名及聯絡電話。
（三）參觀民眾或訪團統一於本院天津街2號門入口進入，採團進團出。

請於2天前(當週星期三下午5點前)，下載預約表格odt，填妥後請傳真至02-3322-1599（傳真專線），即完成預約。
