  一、交通部觀光局轉 貴會八十六年三月九日函敬悉。

 

  二、查旅行業對顧客提供之旅遊服務，為消費者保護法所稱之服務，

  　　其與消費者所生之關係為消費關係，應無疑義，故旅行業因其服

  　　務之提供所生之責任，自有消費者保護法相關規定之適用。另貴

  　　會建議修訂消費者保護法第七條第一項等相關規定乙節，尚須通

  　　盤考量，已併案存參。
