行政院會今(8)日通過我國擬加入「聯合國打擊跨國有組織犯罪公約」案，將函請立法院審議。

行政院長林全表示，為展現我國打擊跨國組織犯罪決心，請各機關應依照公約規定，確實檢討主管的各項法令，以符合國際間跨國打擊犯罪的趨勢。（撰稿：葉婷貴，電話：02-23410648）
