行政院院長陳冲對於立法院就本院所送「所得稅法」及「所得基本稅額條例」部分條文修正草案於本(8)日在該院程序委員會遭暫緩列案一事表示，本院將秉持總統社會正義及租稅公平之核心理念，全力推動復徵證所稅之相關修法，以降低不確定因素對市場造成之負面影響。

院長並已責請財政部以更積極的態度與立法院朝野各黨團及社會各界溝通，儘速完成立法程序，在兼顧量能課稅及市場穩定的原則下，建立證券交易所得課稅制度。
