一、公職人員利益衝突迴避法（下稱本法）修正草案於107年5月22日經立法院三讀通過，並於107年6月13日華總一義字第10700063581號總統令公布，依本法第23條規定本法自公布後六個月施行。
二、廉政署製作旨揭宣導文件，請各同仁參考運用。
